The Mandir strives to provide a variety of free classes and activities relevant to India and Hinduism. If you are interested in holding workshops relevant to us, please contact the committee here. Please be advised that as a charity organisation we are unable to host paid classes.
At present we offer the following:
Tabla Classes

Tabla is a percussion instrument originating in India, consisting of a pair of drums, used in traditional, classical, popular and folk music. Children will learn devotional songs – see them perform in our gallery, here.
Classes are held in Radford, Coventry, Saturday mornings.
Please inquire at the committee here, as places are limited.
Hindi Classes

The class focuses on reading, writing and speaking in Hindi. Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of age or experience, although it is recommended that children are already able to write in English before they join.
Classes are held every Friday 6-7pm.

Yoga Classes

The classes are suitable for people of all age and abilities. It focuses on asanas, pranayam, meditation, and laughter as ways of making life more mindful and joyous.
Classes are held every Sunday 9am to 10:30am.
